Benefits of Joining Our Team:
Free of charge, we offer an opportunity to build your current customer base. Depending on your commitment, service location, number of technicians and vehicles, we have the ability to dispatch you hundreds, if not thousands of service calls per year. This is unadvertised work. All we ask in return, is for a solid commitment in servicing our customers in a professional and timely manner.
History:
First American Home Buyer Protection (FAHBP) is a subsidiary of The First American Corporation which has been in business since 1889 and whose gross annual revenues exceed 4 billion dollars.
Customer Service:
Our home warranty contracts provide coverage for the repair or replacement of residential major systems and appliances such as air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, built-in kitchen appliances, pool and spa equipment. When our customers request service, they simply call a toll-free number 24 hours a day 7 days a week to place a claim. The claim is automatically dispatched to a contractor. Upon arrival the customer pays the contractor a service fee, which the contractor can keep and apply to the total cost of the job. This puts cash in your pocket until we pay the balance in full.
